What are the arrival / departure times?
UK properties generally have an arrival time of between 3-8pm, with a departure time of 10am. Overseas properties are usually a 4-8pm arrival time and a 10am departure time. Once you’ve paid for your holiday, you’ll receive a confirmation which will contain exact times, as well as key collection instructions, how to find your property and the key holder contact details.
Are pets allowed?
Cottages.com have a number of pet friendly cottages, which are clearly marked on each description. Guide and assistance dogs are allowed in all properties.
Are the properties wheelchair friendly?

What travel documents do I need?
British and Irish citizens are required to have a full (10 year) passport to travel abroad. Application forms are available from the Passport Office, the post office or from the Garda (in Ireland). If you are applying for a passport for the first time, you should do this at least six weeks before your holiday.
A European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) entitles you to reduced-cost medical treatment that becomes necessary while you’re in a European Economic Area (EEA) country or Switzerland. This is not a substitute for travel insurance. Information on the EHIC is available at http://www.ehic.org.uk or from your local Department of Health office.
