Important things to know before you travel

What furnishings and equipment will the cottage have?
Whilst exact furnishings and equipment vary from cottage to cottage, all properties have fridges and cooking facilities as standard and therefore these will not be shown specifically within the property description. If the property has a freezer, it will be shown within the property features. All properties on the website have a description of services and facilities available.

What are the arrival and departure times at
UK - Arrival times are usually between 3pm - 4pm arriving no later than 8pm with a departure time of 10am. Your final holiday documents will show specific arrival and departure times and any other arrival instructions.

Are pets allowed at
Properties that welcome pets are shown on the website, marked as being 'dog friendly' or 'pet friendly'. If a property does not display this, then unfortunately it will not accept any pets. Registered assistance dogs are allowed in most properties advertised, even if the description states that pets are not allowed.

Are fuel, power, heating and electricity included in the price?
In most cases, there is no additional charge for electricity, gas or other fuels to heat the property, including water. Where charges are made, this is detailed in the property description. Sometimes electricity/gas is supplied using a slot or card meter, so please check and if necessary have a supply of coins with you. Water heating may form part of a general charge for heating, so a small charge for water heating may be levied even in the summer months.

Are the cottages wheelchair friendly?
All properties are individually owned and have varying degrees of accessibility. Should you have any specific requirements from the accommodation that are not covered in the property description then call and they will be happy to help you locate suitable properties.
